Routine Maintenance of Heating Water Systems
Programmed Facility Management, on behalf of the Department of Corrective Services is seeking tenders from suitably experienced contractors to perform routine preventative maintenance on Heating Systems at Casuarina Prison. Items requiring regular scheduled maintenance under the contract include but are not limited to:
- Hot Water Boiler Vessels & Burners
- Variable Speed Drives
- Control Systems
- Boiler, Hot Water Circulating and Calorifier Pumps
- Heating Water Pipework
- Heating Water Systems (Domestic)
- Warm Water Guardian Units
- Water Treatment Services
- In Ground Valves
