Enterprise Applications provide the management and support framework of IT Business Systems that deliver and support ATO services to all Australians. In addition, Enterprise Applications interacts with ATO business lines by providing solutions that enable the ATO to be the principalrevenue collection agency for the Commonwealth.
This extensive framework integrates the elements of applications management and also serves as a model to effectively deliver applications development outcomes. Enterprise Applications supports a workforce of over 1200 people engaged in a broad and diverse range of activities relating to the design, delivery and management of the business systems that underpin our administrative and compliance platforms within the ATO.
A role exists for an experienced Teradata Developer/Support Specialist to be part of a team that:
1. Provides technical and end user support for ETL processing of midrange, mainframe and user defined datasets.
2. Investigates and resolves technical issues raised by data warehouse business users.
3. Prepares and maintains technical documentation and produce operational reports for technical and business audiences.
4. Assists Senior Technical Specialists in resolving operational issues.
The Specified Personnel will be required to possess a Highly Protected security clearance or have the ability to obtain one in a timeframe that would not prove detrimental to project outcomes.
This role is based in the Canberra office.
