MARRYATVILLE HIGH SCHOOL – REDEVELOPMENT PERFORMING ARTS AND TEACHING CENTRE

Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2. Work consists of the erection of 3 storey building to accommodate Middle School teaching classrooms on Level 1 and performing arts facilities on the upper levels. Building to comprise a steel frame super structure with brick veneer construction, CFC cladding, steel roof decking and associated mechanical, hydraulics, electrical and external works. Include for all levels link to existing adjacent building and alteration work for Resource Library extension. Approximate area of works 1750m2. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
