RIVERTON DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL – NEW SCIENCE BUILDING AND ADMINISTRATION UPGRADE

Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3. The works comprise alterations and additions to an existing administration building and construction of a new science laboratory. Both include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, security and communications services alterations and additions. Work also includes the removal of two existing wooden transportable buildings for the construction of the new brick veneer science laboratory building. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
