Description
Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking to engage a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of programmed preventative maintenance and repairs of fire and building essential safety systems via an open invitation process.
Melbourne Polytechnic must ensure that fire and essential safety systems for all its campuses operate to their maximum efficiency and are maintained to applicable Australian standards and building codes.
The successful tenderer will have the rights to provide preventative maintenance and repairs to the Institute’s buildings servicing the fire and essential safety system in accordance with the upcoming tender specification and requirements.
The contract will include minor repairs during preventative maintenance services but will not include major upgrades or minor works.
