Description
Tenders are called for Stage 1 of the Whyalla Foreshore Redevelopment which includes the following Civil and Structural Works:
- Site Management;
- Demolition;
- Earthwork;
- Landscape - Walling;
- Pavement Base and Sub-base;
- Segmental Pavers - Sand bed;
- Pavement Ancillaries;
- Concrete Pavements;
- Concrete Finishes;
- Painting;
- Landscape - Fences and Barriers;
- Flooring and Decking;
- Roofing - Profiled Sheeting.
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING AREAS HAVE BEEN DELETED from the original tender document as the Whyalla Council has decided to carry out these duties in-house:
- Landscape - Soils;
- Landscape - Soft Surfaces;
- Landscape - Plants;
- Irrigation;
- Tree Supply;
- Landscape - Furniture and Fittings

Work is to commence early September and be completed within 3-4 months.
