This Request is for the supply of User Applied Labels for Syringes Containing Drugs, Sterile Container Labels and Miscellaneous Items to Western Australian Health Service Providers (HSPs).
The categories of products required are as follows:
- Category 1: Container and Conduit Labels (non-sterile) – Required for labelling containers of injectable medicines, including bags, syringes, basins and jugs;
- Category 2: Line and Catheter Labels (non-sterile) – Required for identifying the route of medicine delivery;
- Category 3: Medicine Syringe and Line Labels (non-sterile) - Colour coded pre-printed medicine labels required for use on syringes in closed practice environments and use on dedicated continuous infusion lines;
- Category 4: Miscellaneous Labels (non-sterile) - To include labels such as Adverse Drug Reaction labels and “Patient on” labels;
- Category 5: Sterile LabelsSheets – Medicine Label sheets used within a sterile field;
- Category 6: Dispensers to accommodate all label sizes. Dispensers may be a single-use dispenser, or a reusable dispenser. Reusable dispensers should be easy to refill and easy to decontaminate.
