Description
The Department is seeking submissions from suitably experienced providers for the supply of one tractor to undertake a wide variety of field operations within the Arthur Pieman Conservation Area (APCA). It will be located at the Arthur River Field Centre.
The selection of the tractor for these operations is an important consideration for the Parks and Wildlife Service (PWS). Performance, operating efficiencies and improved health and safety features for operators will be key criteria that tenderers will need to address in their submissions.
The tender will include, as part to the arrangement, a trade-in of the existing tractor. The existing tractor is a VALTRA tractor, which will be made available for inspection at request.
