Works involve the relocation and upgrading of General Learning areas, redevelopment of the existing art space into a combined Science- Art facility and relocation of the Library and Online centre. Relocation of the staff room and canteen and refurbishment of the existing GP Hall. Also includes roofing of the courtyard adjacent to the hall and re-surfacing the external play areas, reflooring the primary school classrooms and demolition of existing surplus space/buildings.
