Description
The MHC is seeking to establish a service agreement with a suitably skilled and experienced organisation(s), for delivery of non-clinical psychosocial support services and to undertake the day to day operational management of one or more of these services. This Request is for three discrete Regional step up/step down services. Respondents have the option to provide an Offer for provision of one or multiple services through this process.
These services will be located in the following three Western Australian regional centres:
- Geraldton for the Mid-West Region;
- Kalgoorlie for the Goldfields Region; and
- Karratha for the Pilbara Region.
PLEASE NOTE: Respondents are required to indicate within PART H: Section 7.1 of the Response Form which of the regional centre(s) they are submitting an Offer for.
