Description

The Department of Finance (Finance) wishes to establish a Whole of Government Common Use Arrangement (CUA) for the provision of Printing and Copying Solutions. CUAPCS2024 will replace the current CUA for Printing and Copying Machines and Solutions (CUAPCS2018), which is due to expire on 31 December 2024.

The new CUA will consist of three panels of Contractors providing products and services as listed below:

Panel A - Multifunction devices (MFDs) and Single function printers (SFPs)

Panel B - Managed print services (MPS).

Panel C - Consumables.
