Consultancy Services on Upgrade and Replacement of Electronic Security Systems in Wilfred Lopes Centre

The Wilfred Lopes Centre (WLC) is a secure mental health facility and provides high quality mental health treatment and care with levels of security that match the assessed level of risk up to 20 beds and includes high dependency and extended care services. The original electronic security systems at the WLC were installed in 2006 and whilst the centre did receive a partial refresh in 2019, the current status of aged and obsolete systems is such that a major refresh of systems is urgently required due to parts obsolescence. A Procurement process is required to purchase the consultancy services in overseeing the project management of upgrading and replacing electronic security system in WLC.
