Australian Government Department of Home Affairs
The provision of settlement services under the Humanitarian Settlement Services (HSS) program, including accommodation services
Details
Description
The Australian Government recognises the benefit of delivering an effective and robust settlement program to humanitarian clients after they arrive in Australia. The Humanitarian Settlement Services (HSS) program plays a significant role in supporting humanitarian clients’ social inclusion and economic participation in Australian society. DIAC seeks tenders from suitably qualified organisations to provide initial settlement services to humanitarian clients through the HSS program. Four key services combine through a coordinated case management model to deliver the program’s objectives. Services include case management, accommodation, local area coordination, and a volunteer program. Tenderers may tender for:
- all services under the HSS program, including accommodation services
- all services except accommodation services, or
- accommodation services only.
