Environmental offset management at Defence Establishment Orchard Hills

Defence requires contractor services from a conservation-motivated company with experience in managing land holdings and contracted service arrangements to deliver services required to manage and improve the conditions of the offset area at Defence Establishment Orchard Hills (DEOH). The Contractor will be responsible for planning, delivery and reporting of the majority of actions undertaken to achieve outcomes required under a Defence-provided offset plan. The Contractor will work collaboratively with Defence to achieve the offset plan outcomes to a pre-defined measurable condition state within a period of approximately 18 years.
