Description
The successful Tenderer will be required to:
Phase 1
• Consult with key stakeholders to determine project approach.
Phase 2
• Develop training and educational resources to target increased participation of Indigenous Australians aged 50 to 74 years in the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program; and
• Develop an implementation plan for a national pilot of an alternative bowel screening pathway to target Indigenous Australians via Indigenous primary health care services
Phase 3
• Deliver training to health workers in Indigenous primary health care services, with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers; and
• Support Indigenous primary health care services to participate in a national pilot of an alternative bowel screening pathway to target Indigenous Australians
