Description
WorkCoverSA require legal services to undertake recovery actions pursuant to section 54 and clause 2 of Schedule 1 of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986. WorkCoverSA will be seeking one provider to undertake this specialised work with a contract commencement of 1 January 2011 (for a period of 3.5 years in the first instance). WorkCoverSA invites interested legal practitioners and firms to register to submit a Request for Tender by sending an email to [email hidden]. Details on what is required to submit a Request for Tender will be provided upon registration. Request for Tenders will need to be lodged with WorkCover by 2pm on 22 September 2010.
