PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA (PathWest and/or the Customer) requires the provision of a Database Management System to assist with the interpretation of Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) variants from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).PathWest currently use an existing database management system hosted in the Health Department of WA (HDWA) environment, this arrangement is due to expire on the 30th June 2018.
