Security Equipment and Infrastructure Upgrade

The Memorial is calling for expressions of interest (EOI) to identify suitable contractors for the supply and installation of electronic security equipment for a major physical security infrastructure upgrade to all sites and an ongoing security equipment maintenance regime.

Following the EOI phase the Memorial will request proposals (RFP) against detailed requirements from shortlisted organisations and then finally request tenders (RFT) from further shortlisted organisations.

In summary, the final successful organisation will be selected after a three step process as follows:

Step A Expressions of Interest. Request expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations for a security infrastructure upgrade and maintenance regime.

Organisations shortlisted to progress to the next step (RFP) will be selected through application of selection criteria outlined in Section 4 of this document.

Step B Request for Proposal (RFP). Request proposals from shortlisted organisations for an all encompassing electronic security.

Step C Request for Tender (RFT). From the RFP process request a tender (RFT) and price from selected contractors.
