City of is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Design, Construction and Installation consultant in developing the upgrade of the St Kilda Mangrove Trail Interpretative material.
This second generation Interpretative material upgrade plan is expected to consider and compliment the existing treatments and where appropriate, there will be some areas that will require a complete renewal programme.
