The BGPA is currently embarking on planned upgrade works to the heating, cooling, air conditioning and ventilation system to the existing Biodiversity Conservation Centre, which consists of two floors
- Ground level comprises a combination of shared open office spaces, six (6) enclosed offices, entry spaces and corridors
- Level 1 includes thirteen (13) enclosed office spaces, a shared open office space, entry spaces, and corridors
Works are to be conducted during working hours and staff will be vacated on a “floor by floor” basis as required during the works period to enable the successful contractor to speedily execute the works.
This Request for Tender (RFT) invitation will set the parameters for the selection of a Construct Only Contractor.
