Provision of Offsite Records Storage on Behalf of the Department of Finance and Deregulation

The Services sought in this RFT are for the Provision of offsite storage facilities to house a range of record formats;

Lodgement and retrieval services for the records, including inventory management. The retrieval service will operate under Service Level Agreements (SLA) which specify maximum time frames for retrieval of records according to the level of urgency specified by Finance;

Courier services for collection and delivery of records to and from John Gorton Building, King Edward Terrace, Parkes ACT. Bulk transport of sentenced records to the Service providers storage facility;

Supply of Standard Archive Containers (SAC) and other such consumables as may be required from time to time; and

Provision of security cleared staff to perform any part of the service that Finance requires security cleared staff to perform.
