Perth Precinct Project (P3) – Head Contractor – Construction

Perth Precent Project (P3) aims to begin rationalisation of the Floreat site by moving staff to alternative locations in Waterford and Kensington and consolidating remaining staff into defined areas within the Floreat site. It will provide modern staff accommodation and laboratory spaces to support collaboration.

CSIRO through this RFT is seeking a Head Contractor (Contractor) to manage, construct and deliver the refurbishment of complex laboratory and office space within existing facilities across the Waterford and Kensington and, to a lesser extent, Floreat sites.
A complexity of the project is the staging of Works and decanting of people, furniture, equipment, etc. to enable the CSIRO to continue operating whilst the Works are undertaken by the Contractor. Furthermore, there are laboratories with specific containment requirements (e.g. Physical Containment (PC) / Biosecurity Containment (BC) laboratories).
