Description
The successful tenderer will be contracted to provide a variety of services to meet the requirements to achieve a successful conference.
These services include, but are not limited to:
. project management and administration
. financial and budget management - including establishment, management, reporting and communications
. event management - including venue, travel, accommodation, registration, opening, social and networking events and onsite management
. scientific program and presenter support services -including call for abstracts, conference program and presenter liaison
. publication services - including collation, editorial support, typesetting, print, delivery and distribution of conference materials
. external relations - including marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and services and support for media services
