RELOCATION of HOUSING

Expressions of Interest are invited for the Relocation of SA Government transportable housing. These relocations involve the transportation and siting of residences (mainly Far Northern areas) plus the provision of all site services. Respondents are required to supply the information to enable an assessment of offers to be undertaken: - Details of company and address plus current building licence - Previous experience of work undertaken in the relocation of housing, include 3 referees - Details of tradepersons available to undertake relocation - Experience and/or knowledge of requirements of working on Aboriginal Lands - Demonstrated ability in being able to complete works within a timeframe, this may include providing procedures, project plans etc - Type and quantity of vehicles and machines available - Registration with Workcover - OHS&W policy and systems - Compliance with Government requirements including, public insurance liability, vehicle registration, etc It is proposed to establish a panel agreement for one year with suitable respondents to the expression of interest. Offers will be sought from all panel members when projects are identified Late expressions of interest may not be accepted. Receipt of “Expressions of Interest” will be acknowledged.
