Particulars
This contract is for The Enghouse IVR solution supported by NTT who also provide software licensing as part of their total solution to the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). The Enghouse IVR software works with the Officer Call System (OCS) to automate the allocation of available shifts to correctional staff. The OCS / IVR solution is critical to the Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) relief management process.
