Description
The Department of Economic Development through Sport and Recreation Tasmania wishes to undertake a review of two facilities currently owned by the NFSRA. These sporting facilities are located at Moonah and Clarence. The broad purpose of the review is to determine the most cost-efficient and effective use of the two facilities and to identify the extent of any required redevelopment, having regard to the need to meet relevant statutory obligations and stakeholder expectations. The successful consultant will be expected to undertake a degree of consultation with key stakeholders in completing their report and have competencies in the area of facility assessment and review, together with knowledge of the operation of not-for profit sporting organisations to determine the extent of demand for the facilities.
