Networking Tasmania II (Data communications, Internet and associated services)

The Tasmanian Government sought one or more suppliers to provide managed data networking, Internet and associated services from February 2007. Offers were invited from suppliers wishing to: - provide a range of core network services and a majority of connection services and have primary responsibility for co-ordinating end-to-end connectivity, or - provide alternative connection services, and/or - provide Internet services, and/or - provide messaging services, and/or - provide a directory service. Proposals were also invited from suppliers wishing to provide voice services to complement the Government's existing arrangements.
