Description
The mandatory accompanied site inspection and pre tender meeting will comprise of the following:
·A meeting at the Adelaide Sailing Club at Barcoo Road, West Beach starting at 12:30pm on Tuesday, 6 July 2004, and lasting up to an hour, followed by a shore based inspection of the harbour at West Beach,
·Following the above, a shore based inspection of the harbour at Glenelg starting at 2.30pm and lasting up to an hour,
·Tenderers are expected to have a close inspection of the visible elements of the sand bypassing system at Glenelg Harbour and to be fully aware of the detail and condition of the system,
·Tenderers shall provide their own transport between the above locations,
·Tenderers may choose to carry out a marine based inspection at their own discretion.
Attendance at the site inspection and pre tender meeting by the Tenderer or a competent representative of the Tenderer is a condition precedent to the submission of a tender.Locations
