Description
Through this Request for Tender (RFT), the Melbourne Market Authority (MMA) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations to provide a turn key solution for the supply of one double cool room in the Flower Market.
The purpose of the RFT is identify the most appropriate organisation(s) with a demonstrated capacity to manage all aspects of the project including design, construction, commissioning and provide maintenance/ replacement during the warranty period.
The attached RFT provides detailed information regarding the project and the submission process. The relevant documents are as follows:

- Part C: Proposed Contract
- Part D: Tenderer Response Schedules
- Appendices
Please note:
- The closing date for the tender is 2 pm on Thursday, 8th August 2024.
- Any questions or clarifications regarding the RFT must be submitted by2 pm on Wednesday, 31st July 2024.
- Until the signed confidentiality is received, MMA will not be issuing the additonal tender documents. (PART-A CONDITIONS OF TENDER - Attatchment A)
