Simpson Barracks Building Works

The main architectural works for the project is the treatment to the Other Rank’s Mess Hall and the new Pits, Pipes and Poles Training Aid Facility. Additional works include general and specific building rectification including items such as painting and re-finishing to existing wall ceiling and floor surfaces, fittings and fixtures including door relocations and hardware requirements.

The main architectural works is the treatment to Building 20 (Other Rank’s Mess Hall) and the new Pits, Pipes and Poles Training Aid Facility.

The existing buildings affected by the works include:
- Building 665 – PPP (new building);
- Building 20;
- Building 63; and
- Building 166.
