Auction capability for upcoming radiofrequency spectrum allocation
The ACMA seeks tenders for the provision of a configurable internet-based auction capability, including the provision of expert advice. The configurable internet-based capability will be used by the ACMA for the forthcoming allocation of the 700 MHz (digital dividend) band, which is expected to be auctioned in the second half of 2012.
The successful tenderer will be required to demonstrate a high level of capability in both the combinatorial clock and simultaneous multiple round ascending auction methodologies.
The successful tenderer will also be expected to provide expert advice in relation to the practical implementation of generic auction rules provided by the ACMA.
