Supply, Implementation and Support and Maintenance of a Patient Information Management System Solution

The Genetic Services Western Australia (GSWA) [part of North Metropolitan Health Service] is seeking an ‘off-the-shelf’ Patient Information Management System (PIMS) solution with minimal configuration.

GSWA is a state-wide clinical service that provides specialty clinical care in paediatric genetics, familial cancer genetics, obstetric and general genetics. Genetic Services Western Australia hosts a familial cancer registry and participates in several clinical research projects in collaboration with clinical laboratories across Western Australia.

GSWA currently uses a PIMS solution that consists of two applications, Kintrak and Progeny 7. GSWA is seeking to transition to an integrated PIMS solution with dynamic appointment and staff scheduling capabilities, family pedigree drawing tool to assist with patient care and a streamlined workflow to manage the services GSWA provides to its patients.
