Spotless Services Australia Ltd on behalf of Department of Education & Building Management and Works is seeking tenders from suitably qualified registered building companies to undertake works in accordance with the plans and specification provided.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than C.O.B. on Thursday 18 November 2010.
Documents will be available for pickup between 0900hrs and 1630hrs on Monday 22 November 2010.

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 1.00pm on the Wednesday 24 November 2010 at Gladys Newton School.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 14.00hrs and Wednesday 8 December 2010.
