Respondents wishing to submit a tender for these works are requested to attend a site

briefing and inspection and Project Bank Account briefings:

All persons attending the site inspection/ briefing, shall note that Bentley Hospital is a

fully operational health facility and that access is strictly limited and controlled.

There will only be one (1) site inspection.

Alternative inspections/ briefings, will not be possible.

All persons entering the site shall be strictly controlled and must follow the direction of

staff.

Attendance at the site inspection is limited to 2 members per tenderer.

No persons shall be permitted to access any area without a staff escort.

Photos are forbidden unless specifically authorised by Bentley Hospital staff.

Any breach of these protocols shall be grounds for immediate eviction from the site.

Note:

Although the site inspection/ briefing is not mandatory, this project is within a fully

operational health facility, and those wishing to tender are advised that this is

considered to be a high risk project with a complex construction programme.

Tender submissions will need to include confirmation that the tenderer is fully

conversant with the conditions on site and the associated risks.

Parking:

All site visitors shall park in the (to be advised).

Project Bank Account Briefings:

The Department will hold an industry briefing on Project Bank Accounts which will

explain the business processes associated with the trial of Project Bank Accounts on

this project.
