The Scope of the Perth Station Ancillary works –main Package Works with in Perth Station Heritage building – 1st floor and ground floor west wing will consist of:
• Internal Demolition Work
• Building Services Upgrade
• Internal Building Refurbishment
• External Building Refurbishment.
The works will include

• Facade works
• Structural Works
• Roof plumbing (including demolition works)
• Brickwork
• Carpentry
• Doors & Door Hardware
• Glazes partitioning

• Cabinetry / Joinery / Equipment
