WA Police Force
Provision of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Services for Western Australia Police
Details
Description
The Western Australia Police Academy (WAPA) are seeking the services of a contractor to undertake a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for WA Police Recruits.
The objective of the TNA is to cater for both individual and organisational requirements, to identify the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours required to develop a member of the public through the transition of police recruit to probationary constable, in order that they are able to perform their duties effectively in the immediate frontline environment.
It is expected efficiencies will be identified in order to align to the WA Police Frontline 2020 philosophies of being leaner, reducing demand, locally focussed and greater control.
