Development of a design and validation for a planning and building portal that will facilitate state-wide processing of development applications using a single point of access for all users, including but not limited to property owners, property developers, builders, permit and referral authorities.
The initial stage of the procurement is for the design and validation that will provide a minimum viable product (MVP).
