The Corporation is a state-owned instrumentality and has the role of remediating and redeveloping Mac Point, a 9.3ha brownfield site located between the Hobart CBD and the working port. The proposed cleaning services are to be undertaken as per the specification provided, with the objective being to ensure the Corporation office and workplace areas are fit for purpose and provide a clean and healthy environment for staff to undertake their assigned duties and to ensure the best possible experience for all site visitors.
