Roof Replacement and Associated Works
Eastern Hills Senior High School
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the roofing replacement and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Eastern Hills Senior High School
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Thursday 16 May 2013 at Eastern Hills Senior High School, Keane Street Mt Helena, WA
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Wednesday 5 June 2013.
