Routine Maintenance –Gutter Cleaning
Department of Education West Coast and Swan Districts
North Metropolitan Region
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of Department of Education is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with recent experience in roof, gutter and downpipe cleaning projects to undertake routine maintenance and associated works at schools in the Swan and West Coast Education Districts in accordance with the scope of works provided.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than C.O.B. on Friday 13 July 2012.
Documents will be available for pickup between 0900hrs and 1630hrs
on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 July 2012.

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on the Wednesday 18 July 2012 at John Forrest Secondary College followed by a site visit to Hillcrest Primary School & Mount Lawley Senior High School.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 14.00hrs Wednesday 1 August 2012.
