The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) - Midwest, currently offers the Leeman and Greenhead communities a wide scope of Physiotherapy Services. Allied Health Services are funded under the Rural Primary Health Services (RPHS) funding provided by the Commonwealth Government via a drive in/out service on a weekly basis.
WACHS – Midwest, is seeking to engage a suitably qualified practitioner or organisation to provide physiotherapy services in Leeman for an initial period of 9 months, with four (4) x one (1) year extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Contract Authority
