Description
The Berri Barmera Council have purchased the former J.C. Irving & Co Printing building located at 29 Riverside Drive as part of the Murray Pioneer with a view to utilising this building for a potential site for the future library.
Council is seeking Contractors to undertake a Design and Construct to remodel this light industrial building into usable library space for a period of five (5) years. Works include a basic fit out.
The successful Contractor may be required to attend some Advisory Committee Meetings (held during the day).
Tenderers are to provide a design plan to maximise the use of the space, including indicative costs.
A Mandatory Briefing Session is to be conducted on Wednesday 1 November 2023 at 10.00 am and will commence at the Berri Barmera Council, 5 Riverview Drive, Berri.
