Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development - Medina Research Station - Demolition of Redundant Infrastructure and Rubbish Clean Up.
1. Specifications and forms in a separate set.
2. Two (2) non-mandatory site inspections and/or tender briefings will be held on-site at the Medina Research Facility (4WD Vehicles are recommended) – 60 Abercrombie Road, Medina WA 6167:
• Thursday, 28th July 2022 at 9:30am; and
• Thursday, 4th August 2022 at 9:30am.

3. The Works required under this contract are such that the Principal will contract only with a tenderer that demonstrates licenses to perform unrestricted asbestos work and class 1 or 2 demolition work.
