Commercial Off-the-Shelf Integrated and Configurable Suite of Water Data Management Tools

The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER; the Customer) is seeking the supply of an off-the-shelf, integrated and configurable suite of water data management tools to support its water science data requirements.

The required suite must be able to manage data from gauging station sites, groundwater monitoring bores, water quality sites, biological data, rainfall, climate, etc and include a range of tools, such as automated and manual bulk data ingestion, and graphical editing of water data. The suite of water data management tools must be able to operate within the Customer’s existing ICT infrastructure and be able to support users with different needs and access levels, including read-only access, system administration and data management.
