Fremantle Hospital, D Block, Level 5 (D5) Clinical Fitout and T Block, Level 6 (T6) Office Fitout

The Works comprise of fitout works to D Block, Level 5 (D5 - clinical fitout) and T Block, Level 6 (T6 - office fitout). Both sites are physically at first floor level.

D5 is a decommissioned clinical ward, which is being partially altered and upgraded to come back into service as a clinical facility. There are localised demolition and service alterations involved in these works. The masonry demolition is to be scheduled on weekends only (Sat & Sun working time is to be utilized). The number of patient bays and associated servicing remains the same, with only alterations as required to upgrade to current standards. There are layout changes to support spaces being addition of 2 EnSuites, reception area, office areas and re-establishment of services in various other rooms.

T6 is a laboratory facility in open plan and closed rooms layout. There are significant demolition and service disconnection and removals involved in these works. The masonry demolition is to be scheduled on weekends only (Sat & Sun working time is to be utilized). The area is to be refitted as modern office facilities, with 2 kitchenettes, photocopy room, new server room and other support spaces incorporated.
