Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Design and Construct Undercover Area over Existing Court Works at Redcliffe Primary School.
This project should include the following items.
- Design and Construct of pitched shade structure to cover the basketball court as per the attached schematic design. The structure should be weatherproof from vertical rain and provide another dry and shaded space for children.
- Structural Drawings and specifications
- Structural Engineer Sign Off
- Architectural Drawings and specifications
- Ground Scanning for all services and Dig before you dig
- Dilapidation report of the existing surface and adjacent structures
- Respondents will need to outline their methodology to ensure minimal disruption to the school if works cannot be completed during Sept / October School holidays.
The project excludes the following items:
- DA Application – to be carried out by PFM
- Electrical Works
