Supply and Delivery of Handheld Raman Spectroscopy Narcotics Analyser Devices

The Western Australia Police Force (WA Police Force), Serious and Organised Crime Division require the supply and delivery of Handheld Raman Spectroscopy Narcotics Analyser Devices (TruNarc). The Handheld Raman Spectroscopy Narcotics Analyser Devices will need to be reliable, highly accurate, and lab-proven technology that will quickly and easily perform tests in the field for a broad spectrum of illegal substances including narcotics, stimulants, depressants, hallucinogens, analgesics, several fentanyl derivatives, including the major additions of carfentanil, acryl fentanyl, fentanyl precursors (NPP and ANPP) and pharmaceutical variants (Alfentanil and Sufentanil) in a single test. The WA Police Force does not guarantee any volume of orders of any Goods throughout the Contract Term, with supply and delivery to be subject to the purchasing requirements of the WA Police Force.
