SCS Northern and Southern Teams each require a Trailer mounted hydro-mulcher, to suit the same/similar specifications to a unit purchased last year. These units may be shared across SCS Statewide and it's imperative that the same until is purchased to reduce the burden of training operational staff to use different types of Trailers mounted Hydro mulchers.
