Springwood State High School - Flexispace and Roof Replacement (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a Flexispace and full Roof Replacement at Springwood State High School, located at 200 Springwood Road, Springwood Qld 4127, as part of the Flexispace programme.

The scope the refurbishment of an general existing learning area in KD Block to create a new flexible learning area (Flexispace) in addition to the full roof replacement of KD Block. Works are to be completed by May 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
