CHQ 102-2020 CHQ Master Planning

Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQ) is seeking an experienced Supplier to develop a 15 Year Master Plan for the organisation, aligned with its clinical service directions and strategy. Alongside its direct clinical service delivery responsibilities, this planning process will need to consider the statewide remit of CHQ and particularly, the impact of likely paediatric capability development in other Hospital and Health Service’s.

The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of engaging a Supplier to develop a 15 year master plan to support its service directions and strategy, particularly to support the sustainable delivery of health services with efficient and effective management of capital infrastructure. This plan will identify priorities, volumes, mix and recommended locations of service delivery and assist the Customer in understanding the future needs of the population and infrastructure and non-infrastructure options available to meet these needs.
